School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Person | Hampton, NH Area | 2026–2027 School Year
Kindspire Education is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join school teams throughout the Hampton, NH area for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing behavioral support that helps students succeed both academically and socially.
This is an in-person position with opportunities available across elementary, middle, and high school settings. We offer a variety of caseloads, age groups, and support levels, allowing us to match your experience and strengths with the right placement.
Position Details:
- Full-time, school-based position
- 2026–2027 school year
- Monday–Friday school schedule

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or school team
- Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support
- Collect and maintain behavioral data to monitor student progress
- Reinforce communication, social, academic, and adaptive skills
- Assist students with classroom participation and daily routines
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and special education professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of ABA or school-based behavioral experience preferred
- Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in person throughout the school year
