About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of three. I've spent 19 years in the insurance industry, with experience in recruiting, claims, and as a team member before becoming an agent. I always knew agency ownership was my goal. Outside of work, I'm a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, love coaching my son's baseball team, volunteer at my children's school, and being a mom is my greatest joy.
Being involved in the community is a big part of who I am. Whether it's through my children's school or local activities, I enjoy finding ways to give back and stay connected with the families we serve.
Our agency offers health benefits, a Simple IRA, PTO, paid holidays, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where our team can grow while maintaining balance outside of work.
Our culture is hardworking, supportive, and growth-focused. I'm looking for someone with grit who is self-directed and takes initiative. If you're the type of person who sees what needs to be done, thinks beyond the checklist, and enjoys helping others succeed, you'll fit right in with our team.
