About the Job
An exciting opportunity has opened for the role of Psychometrist in a Minneapolis-based psychological practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and score standardized psychological tests and assessments, under the supervision of a registered psychologist.
- Collect and document relevant test data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to testing protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of psychological reports by summarizing findings and providing initial observations.
- Maintain an organized inventory of psychometric instruments and testing materials within the office.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless assessment process for clients.
Compensation:
- Compensation is based on a competitive percentage of each completed assessment.
Ideal Candidate:
- A detail-oriented professional with experience in administering psychological assessments and a strong foundation in psychometric tools.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional growth and adaptability in assessment methodologies.
- Familiarity with cognitive, academic, and personality measures, including administration and scoring.

Requirements:
- Education: A master’s degree or equivalent in psychology, psychometrics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of psychometric assessment experience. Must have prior experience with psychometry, including assessment of intelligence, academic achievement, and memory functioning.
- Language: Fluent in English (required).
