Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Guest Service Agent to join our 2nd shift, 3PM-11PM team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless stay for all visitors. Your positive attitude and hospitality expertise will help foster memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
- Manage multi-line phone systems, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations, billing, and special requests
- Provide concierge services such as local recommendations, transportation arrangements, and event information
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and ensuring financial accuracy
- Uphold hotel policies and standards related to guest relations, safety, and confidentiality
- All other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and a friendly demeanor
- Previous resort or hotel experience is a plus, especially in guest services or night audit roles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
