About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Construction Project Engineer to oversee the lifecycle of complex commercial site development and landscape projects. You will drive operational efficiency by managing technical documentation, streamlining procurement workflows, and ensuring project milestones are met with precision.
Responsibilities-
Direct the full project lifecycle from initial contract award through final closeout, ensuring all administrative requirements are satisfied.

Analyze complex construction drawings and technical specifications to identify potential scope gaps or coordination issues early.

Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders by managing RFIs, submittals, and vendor procurement schedules.

Maintain rigorous document control standards to ensure all project records, insurance certificates, and bonds remain compliant.

Partner with project leadership to track financial health, including change order processing and billing documentation.

Mentor junior engineering staff to foster a culture of technical excellence and adherence to construction best practices.
Qualifications-
10+ years of professional experience within the commercial or landscape construction sectors.

7+ years of dedicated experience in construction administration, contract management, or project engineering.

Advanced proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, alongside Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

Demonstrated expertise in interpreting intricate site development plans and specifications.
