The Impact You’ll Make
As a laborer, you are the backbone of our creative builds. You will:
- Execute New Builds: Assist in the excavation, liner placement, and rock-stacking for custom ponds and waterfalls.
- Technical Problem Solving: Set up and install pond filtration systems, pumps, and low-voltage lighting.
- Feature Maintenance: Perform seasonal clean-outs and equipment troubleshooting to keep our clients' watergardens pristine.
- Collaborate: Work closely with a skilled crew to transform backyards into professional-grade aquatic retreats.
What You Bring to the Team
- Physical Agility: Ability to lift 50 lbs. solo (and up to 100 lbs. with a teammate) and work on your feet in uneven terrain.
- Mechanical Aptitude: You’re comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and have a "knack" for seeing how things fit together.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean pre-employment drug screen are required.
- Work Ethic: A desire to work outdoors in various weather conditions and a pride in seeing a project through to completion.
