Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible bus driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transportation and a commitment to providing safe, reliable service to passengers. This role involves driving buses while ensuring the safety and comfort of all riders.
Requirements
- Applicants must have valid authorization to work in the United States as required by federal law.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL Class A or B) with appropriate endorsements for bus driving.
- Passenger endorsement required
- Experience in bus driving or van driving is preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by law.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate buses on designated routes, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the safety of passengers by conducting pre-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Operate a passenger bus safely while adhering to DOT and company policies.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to ensure vehicle reliability.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200.00 - $350.00 per day
