Residential Maintenance Technician

This position will be dealing with daily building maintenance for residents of an apartment community: work orders consisting of: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and any other routine building maintenance.
This is a full time, Monday – Friday, hours typically re 8:30AM-5PM. No evenings, no weekends, unless on Emergency On-Call as assigned by monthly crew rotation!
Guaranteed 40 hours per week of work. Bi-weekly pay. No “lack of work worries”.
Full medical benefits package only after 30 days! Competitive pay. Paid vacation, personal days and holidays off.
Must have vehicle for emergency on-call rotation, must have basic Maintenance Hand Tools for daily tasks.
