Access Insurance Underwriter, LLC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Auto Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions and requests.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Quote and pre-bind personal auto and homeowners insurance policies.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other service transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and company procedures.
- Work closely with producers and other team members to ensure outstanding client service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in auto insurance, insurance customer service, personal lines, sales, or a related customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Certifications
- Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (preferred)
- Florida 2-20 General Lines License (preferred)
- Florida 20-44 Personal Lines Agent License (preferred)
Applicants who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate Florida insurance license after hire.
Work Location
This is an in-office position located in Singer Island, Florida. Applicants must be willing to work on-site.
