PARTS COUNTERPERSON – EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP
We are a growing automotive dealership seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our fast-paced and expanding Parts Department.
The ideal candidate will have dealership parts experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while supporting both retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts lookups and orders
- Process special orders, returns, and warranty transactions
- Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stocking procedures
- Work closely with service and sales departments to support daily operations
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership parts experience required
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalog systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license required
