START ASAP! Behavioral Therapist (Bachelors Required)
$19–$25/hr + Paid Training + Mileage Reimbursement
(This is a part-time role with the possibility of becoming full-time based on scheduling availability and organizational needs.)
We’re hiring Behavioral Therapists to work directly with children and their families in home and community settings.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in child development, psychology, or education who want hands-on experience and career growth in ABA and early intervention.
Locations: North Hollywood | Panorama City | Sun Valley
Schedule: Monday–Friday between 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (flexible within that window)
What you’ll do:
- Work 1:1 with children to support developmental and behavioral goals
- Implement individualized programs and behavior plans
- Collect and track data during sessions
- Collaborate with supervisors and care teams
- Support and coach parents/caregivers
- Provide services in-home, community, and or school settings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in child development, psychology, education, or related field
- At least one year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation + willingness to travel locally
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Open to training, feedback, and growth
