We are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician who will be responsible for the assurance of IT hardware, software, connectivity, including new IT implementations are working well and in according with the IT governance and policies of company.

What’s the Job?
- Execute IT operational tasks in accordance with company’s IT process for
- Security (antivirus, incidents reports, etc.)
- Servers (physical and virtual, databases, storages, backups, etc.)
- Connectivity (Firewall, Routers, Switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi Controllers, AP, Links, etc.)
- Workplace (software platform for end user based on OS Windows)
- IT Inventory
- Configuration Management
- Change Management
- Support and ensure all IT policies.
- Support all users, providing training in accordance with work instructions for each software.
- Support and ensure the correct functioning of the various IT services:
- Voice communications (mobile phones, analogic phones and VoIP)
- Printing (laser and thermals)
- Gadgets of all kinds of workstations (mouse, keyboards, screens, etc.)
- Monitoring system by cameras
- IT integration between OT (Operational Technology) and AT (Automation Technology)
Support the industrial software required, including Allen Bradley Trends and PLC programming management.
What’s Needed?
- Education level: Technical degree in IT related field
- Knowledge required: generalist in IT support, IT sustaining, IT infrastructure, IT connectivity, IT systems and industrial automation.
- Experience required: At least 3 years in this area of work.
- Soft skills required:
- Capacity to work in a team and to mobilize various multidisciplinary actors
- Autonomous and self starter
- Solution provider and an agent of change
- Language: English
Can be a plus: Specific know how on Rockwell, CISCO CCNA Certification
