Job Posting for Jr/Sr High School Art/Computer Science Teacher Kingston Community Schools
Must meet the following requirements:
- Must meet all Michigan criteria to be Highly Qualified teaching in the State of Michigan.
- Have a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with 6-12 Grade Level Certificate with an LX or LQ and NP, NR or ND endorsement preferred.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and expertise in working with upper Middle and High School Grades.
- Must be able to work with a diverse group of students.
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience in the Middle and High School Grades is preferred.
- Willingness to learn from and collaborate with other professional educators to gain insight into a variety of teaching methodologies in working with a diverse student body.
- Commitment to participating in ongoing professional development in chosen subjects and content areas.
- Willing to serve on Building and District committees.
- Must be able to read, understand and interpret standardized test scores, or be willing to be in-serviced in the same.
