Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including compiling data, running payroll, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and providing support to the CTO.
Responsibilities:
Data Compilation:
Gather and compile data from various sources to create comprehensive reports.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for analysis.
Payroll Processing:
Run payroll processes in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with the finance department to address any payroll-related inquiries.
Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
Communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and training schedules.
Executive Assistance:
Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager, COO, and CSO.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
General Administrative Tasks:
Perform routine administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
