Kaye Personnel, Inc. Cherry Hill is searching for an experienced Front of House - Shift Manager for a high-volume Bar & Grill establishment in Atlantic County, near Hammonton, NJ. Interested candidates must have experience in a high-volume, family friendly Restaurant, Bar & Grill, similar to P.J. Whelihan's Pub, Victory Bar, Ott's, The Jersey G.O.A.T., Bulldogs Bar & Grill, Firehouse Bar & Grill, etc.
This opportunity is long term to convert to permanent.
Pay Rate: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule:
Friday: 11am - 11pm
Saturday: 11am - 11pm
Sunday: 11am - 9pm
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Oversee Front of House (FOH) operations - Staff Scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage, manage reservations, monitor drink and food quality, stocking, and cash handling
- Staff Support - Perform pre-service staff meetings, act as point person between FOH and BOH staff, provide team support and guidance especially during peak hours to ensure a pleasant guest experience
- Hospitality Mangement - Ensure Smooth Service, handle conflict resolution (suggestions & complaints) while maintaining professionalism
- Oversee closing procedures and End of Day (EOD) Management operations
Requirements:
- Managerial experience in a fast paced Restaurant, Bar & Grill - At least 3 years of continuous employment with previous organizations
- Proven Previous experience in a fast paced Bar & Grill environment (Ex. P.J. Whelihan's Pub, Victory Bar, Ott's, The Jersey G.O.A.T., etc.)
