The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, knowledge of dietary restrictions, and the ability to work with elderly patients in a compassionate and professional manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all dietary needs are met.
- Prepare and serve meals to elderly patients in accordance with prescribed diets.
- Monitor patient food intake and report any changes to the dietitian.
- Assist with meal preparation, clean up, and storage of food items.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform supply clerk duties as needed.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
