Experienced Crew Leads and Non-CDL Drivers Wanted in Skagit Valley. $24 to $26/hr to Start + Tips, Weekly Pay, Bonuses.
Neon Giant is hiring experienced Drivers and Crew Leaders to run our moves in the field. This is NOT an entry-level role. We're looking for people who have already loaded a truck, led a crew, or driven a delivery route. If you're brand new to the moving or delivery world, please apply to our Crew Member posting instead.
Required Experience (Read Before You Apply)
You need at least ONE of the following to be considered:
- 1+ year of professional moving experience at a moving company (Two Men, College Hunks, Mayflower, Atlas, U-Haul, local mom-and-pop, etc.)
- 1+ year of box truck or delivery driving experience (Amazon DSP, FedEx, furniture delivery, appliance delivery, etc.)
- 1+ year of crew lead, foreman, or supervisor experience in physical labor
If your application doesn't show one of these, we'll move on.
Pay
- $24 to $26/hour starting, real room to go up
- Tips paid out daily (our guys get tipped well)
- Weekly direct deposit
- Commission on upsells, earn more per job
- Mover Point System, up to $1/hr extra
- Google review and performance bonuses

Requirements
- 18+
- Lift 75+ lbs consistently
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- DOT Medical Card (or willing to get one in week one)
- Pass a road test and drug screening
- On time, dependable, team player
- Able to pass a background check, no felonies
