AAA Auto Parts is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy team member to join our Inventory department as a Return and Restocking Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that returned auto parts are processed accurately and restocked efficiently, using multiple computer programs to track inventory and maintain organization.
Returns Processing:

Inspect returned items to ensure quality and functionality.

Note any changes in condition to the part before adding it back to inventory.

Accurately document and process returns using various software systems.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
Restocking:

Place items in designated inventory locations to be put back into warehouse.

Maintain accurate stock levels by updating inventory in computer systems.

Ensure storage areas are clean and well-organized for easy accessibility.
Tech & Systems:

Use multiple programs to manage inventory, returns, and restocking processes.

Troubleshoot minor system issues and escalate as needed.

Is physically capable of occasional lifting (up to 70 pounds) and performing activities such as bending, reaching, and walking.
