What You’ll Do :
As Property Manager, you’ll oversee the full operation of the community — from financial performance to resident happiness.
- Drive the financial success of the property
- Keep reports, records, and budgets accurate and on time
- Hire, train, coach, and inspire an amazing team
- Lead with a positive, professional, customer-focused attitude
- Maximize leasing, pre-leasing, and resident retention
- Ensure every resident and prospect has a 5-star experience
- Direct daily operations of maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing
- Manage risk, safety, and loss prevention
- Create engaging marketing, outreach, and retention programs
- Maintain organized employee and leasing records
- Stay compliant with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and development
What We’re Looking For...
- 2+ years of property management experience preferred
(Education + experience combo welcome!)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager & Rent Café a plus)
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
