Commercial & Residential Plumbing Service Technician
Guerra Bros. Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial & Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional plumber who can diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems while providing outstanding customer service to residential and commercial clients throughout the Bay Area.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations on plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Service water heaters, tankless water heaters, sewer lines, drain systems, water lines, gas lines, toilets, faucets, and plumbing fixtures.
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspections, leak detection, and sewer repairs.
- Accurately communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
- Prepare estimates and document work performed using company software and mobile devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry standards.
- Participate in on-call and after-hours emergency service rotations as needed.
- Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience preferred.
- Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of California plumbing codes and industry standards.
- Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather and job site conditions.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
Preferred Experience
- ServiceTitan experience preferred.
- Hydro jetting and sewer camera inspection experience.
- Water heater and tankless water heater installation.
- Commercial service and maintenance experience.
- Backflow, gas piping, and sewer repair experience.
