I provide supportive, reliable, and friendly care for seniors or adults who need help staying safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Services include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal prep and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance
- Companionship and conversation
- Transportation for errands or appointments
- Dementia‑friendly support
- Safety monitoring and fall prevention
Availability:
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (mid‑morning to afternoon)
- Weekends optional
- 20 hours per week
- No overnights
