Overview
A Weekend Supervisor at Cinema Magic is responsible for making sure the theater runs smoothly during weekends when business is at its busiest. This role includes overseeing staff, ensuring theaters and common areas are clean and presentable, assisting customers with excellent service, handling guest concerns, monitoring ticket sales and concessions, and making sure all movies start on time without issues.
The Weekend Supervisor also helps manage employee schedules, checks that team members are completing assigned duties, enforces company policies, and ensures safety procedures are followed. They act as the main point of contact during weekend operations and help create a fun, welcoming, and professional environment for both guests and staff.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important for success in this role.
