Submission Requirements: Must have Advanced Tele experience (must pass Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding\n\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles at the local rate) \n\nUp to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in acute care setting (specialty) and documents travel experience. Skills Checklist matching specialty Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS NURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses\n\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required Cardizem and Insulin Drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) Phenobarbital on Tele Will Consider First time travelers with good experience Traveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246
