They are seeking a CPA-track Tax Associate with at least three years of public accounting experience who is looking for long-term growth in a stable, in-office setting.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA eligible or actively pursuing CPA)

3+ years of tax experience in public accounting

Experience preparing returns for S-Corps, Partnerships, C-Corps, and Individuals

Strong understanding of tax compliance and basic tax planning concepts

Experience with tax software such as UltraTax, CCH, or similar platforms

Solid communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for a variety of entity types

Assist with tax planning and identify opportunities to minimize client liabilities

Review client financials and make necessary adjustments prior to tax preparation

Communicate with clients to gather documentation and resolve tax-related questions

Conduct tax research and stay current on changing regulations

Support overall client engagements and contribute to a high-quality service experience
