What We’re Looking For
- Sense of urgency and strong task‑prioritization skills
- Excel proficiency is required (sorting, formulas, data entry, and reporting)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Make special shipping arrangements, as necessary
What You’ll Do
- Tracking and correcting shipping errors
- Communicate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain detailed and organized shipment records
- Knowledge of inventory management
- Keep all logistics systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases updated in real time
- Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
