Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and enhance market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales tactics.
- Provide exceptional sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for upper management to assess performance against targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management in an automotive environment.
- Must have Finance and Desking experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management practices and tools.
- Ability to engage in public speaking and represent the company at various events.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
