Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating reach trucks to move, organize, and stage inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and experienced in forklift or reach truck operations.
Job Duties:
- Safely operate reach trucks to move, stack, and organize products
- Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse conditions
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months reach truck or forklift experience required
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented and dependable
