About Mantra Speech Therapy
Mantra Speech Therapy is an SLP-owned private practice providing individualized speech and language services to children and adults throughout Texas.
Most current in-person opportunities involve pediatric clients seen in Montessori schools, preschools, childcare centers, and other community settings. Adult telehealth or in-person opportunities may also become available for clinicians who are interested in working with adult clients.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and independent speech-language pathologist who values flexibility, clinical autonomy, and personalized care.
This opportunity may pair well with a school-based position, another part-time role, an existing private caseload, or an SLP who would like to gradually begin working in private practice.
About the Opportunity
The immediate need is primarily for in-person pediatric clients in Irving, Texas. Many sessions are provided within Montessori schools or similar educational settings, which may allow the clinician to see multiple clients at the same location.
The initial caseload is expected to include approximately 4 to 6 sessions per week, with the opportunity to accept additional clients as referrals become available. The clinician must be able to consistently provide a minimum of 4 sessions, or approximately 2 treatment hours, each week.
Additional in-person caseloads may be developed in nearby communities based on the clinician’s preferred location, travel radius, and availability.
Some telehealth opportunities may also be available. Clinicians who are interested in working with adults may indicate this during the application process.
Flexibility and Clinical Autonomy
As an independent contractor, you will have flexibility in building a caseload that works with your current schedule and professional goals.
Contractors may:
- Identify the days and times they are available

- Accept pediatric, adult, in-person, or telehealth opportunities based on interest and availability

- Complete documentation remotely
- Build a schedule around a school position, another part-time role, or an existing caseload
Mantra Speech Therapy is owned and operated by a practicing speech-language pathologist. Contractors receive support, collaboration, and practice guidance while maintaining professional autonomy over therapy planning and clinical decision-making within each client’s established plan of care.
