Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Current Rhode Island Licensed Behavior Analyst (RI LBA) license is mandatory
- Experience providing remote/virtual supervision strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote supervision services for ABA implementation, totaling approximately 2 hours per week or 8 hours per month
- Supervise and support staff in accordance with best practices and professional standards
- Monitor client progress, support behavioral intervention fidelity, and provide ongoing feedback as needed
- Maintain timely, accurate electronic documentation for all supervisory activities
- Collaborate virtually with other professionals to support positive client outcomes
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines
