What You'll Do
As a Team Member, you'll help create an amazing experience for every guest while keeping our café running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide friendly, welcoming Unparalleled Hospitality to every guest
- Take customer orders and accurately operate the register
- Prepare fresh smoothies, bowls, wraps, sandwiches, and other menu items according to Tropical Smoothie Cafe standards
- Prep fresh ingredients and keep stations stocked and ready
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures
- Set up, maintain, and clean food and smoothie workstations
- Keep the kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and café clean and organized
- Work together with your team during busy periods to provide fast, accurate service
- Follow all Tropical Smoothie Cafe safety and security procedures
- Assist with other tasks needed to keep the café running successfully

Physical Requirements
Team Members must be able to:
- Stand and walk throughout the duration of a shift
- Frequently bend, reach, stretch, and move throughout the café
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds when stocking products, refilling ice, taking out trash, and completing other café duties
- Safely work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Regularly interact face-to-face with guests and fellow Team Members
