What you'll do as an Entry Level Client Representative in our sales department:
As a Client Representative, you’ll be the face of our clients’ brands and play a key role in creating positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with questions and provide personalized solutions
- Support sales initiatives and help meet team goals
- Maintain a positive and engaging customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and communication
