Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct interviews and help identify candidates who are a strong fit for our team and culture.
- Coordinate interviews and support new-hire onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
- Help promote a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.
- Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
