Position Overview:

What You'll Do:
- Cook and prepare menu items on the grill to recipe standards
- Ensure proper cooking temperatures and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
- Monitor food quality and consistency during service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- Previous grill or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work under pressure during busy shifts
