Job Summary

Duties
- Maintain cleanliness through thorough cleaning and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen spaces, and equipment to uphold health standards.
- Assist with bussing tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting environment for guests.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or food items following safe lifting practices.
- Support food service operations by serving dishes, refilling beverages, and ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests.
- Set tables professionally with appropriate utensils, glassware, and linens to enhance the dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members using internal communication tools to coordinate service smoothly.
- Support catering events by assisting with food handling, setup, and cleanup activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is highly valued.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests.
- Experience in catering or kitchen environments is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
