Responsibilities:
- Jobsite Planning (2 Week Schedules)
- Accurate Timekeeping
- Ensure Manpower hitting production rates for tasks.
- Enforce job site safety requirements for employees and subcontractors.
- Perform Daily Tool Box Talks (JSA) for on site employees.
- Create As Built Drawings
- Ensure jobsite equipment is inspected fueled and maintained.
- Keep detailed job progress notes.
- Place Concrete ensure finish per job detail
- Operate power tools and equipment
- Perform Quality Control Checks to meet Jobsite SpecificationsExperience:
- - Previous experience in concrete work or construction is required- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is necessary.- Familiarity with construction estimating is a plus- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditionsNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
