Imagine a clinical role where you aren’t rushing through a packed waiting room or buried under endless, rigid productivity metrics. At ARCA Health, we believe the best care happens when you can truly focus on the person in front of you.
We are looking for passionate, licensed Physical Therapists (PT) who want more than just a routine job. If you love one-on-one patient care, value complete control over your schedule, and want to see the immediate, real-world impact of your work, you will fit right in here.
What Makes This Role Different?
- True Autonomy & Flexibility: As a Per Diem clinician, you choose the schedule that fits your life. Balance your family, another position, or personal commitments while maintaining a steady, rewarding clinical practice.
- Impact You Can See: You will divide your time between getting to know patients in the comfort of their homes and supporting them at our Center. You aren’t just treating a diagnosis; you are helping someone walk safely again, regain their independence, and avoid unnecessary hospital visits.
- A Team That Has Your Back: You will never be on an island. You’ll be part of a deeply supportive, mission-driven team that values open communication, clinical excellence, and doing exactly what is right for the patient.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Deliver Personalized Care: Provide dedicated, one-on-one therapy sessions, tailored entirely to the patient's unique living space and mobility goals.
- Empower & Educate: Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, support post-surgical or age-related recovery, and teach families how to maintain safe progress at home.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with our clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination, helping patients move better, feel stronger, and live confidently.
