Position: IT Fraud Project Manager III
Location: Remote in TX.
Duration: Long term 18-month contract
MUST have strong demonstrated experience in Fraud, disputes, and case management in a financial services organization.
Experience
We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager III with experience in banking operations, specifically within fraud, disputes, adjustments & case management environments.
Key qualifications:
- Strong Project Manager III skill set with demonstrated success leading complex initiatives.
- Experience supporting fraud, disputes, claims, adjustments, & case management platforms within a financial services organization.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate work across business and technology teams.
- Proven track record delivering projects from planning through execution.
- This is an 18-month contract engagement, and candidates should be able to clearly articulate their relevant experience and accomplishments.
Project overview:
- The project involves a migration from one platform to another as part of a broader modernization effort.
- The work includes two primary business areas:
- Disputes (fraud-related activities)
- Adjustments (operational processing and adjustments)
- The selected PM will need to manage stakeholder expectations across both workstreams while maintaining alignment on project objectives and timelines
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 8-10 years’ experience independently managing medium to large-sized projects
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- Knowledge of Project Management disciplines
- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in Microsoft Project
- Proficient in MS365 applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Project schedule development and management
- Project resource management
- IT PM experience in banking/finance
- PMP certified
- CSM certified
