- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support via any communication instruments
- Confirming PO details with customers, receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns including requests for product information, order tracking, issue resolution, returns, and general information.
- In-house Sales / Production Support for timely shipment
- Update & send line sheets to customers Order management – reflecting cancelations, changes in delivery windows, order quantities.
- Provides timely follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service to each account by responding to customer’s requests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
- ERP proficient Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast pasted environment.
- Excellent problem solving skills with a sense of urgency.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Pay: $59,668.80 - $71,859.20 per year
