*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. *Responsibilities* - Perform general custodial duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting - Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies as needed - Conduct floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and buffing - Handle waste disposal and recycling activities - Assist with minor facility maintenance tasks - Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times *Skills* - Experience in facilities maintenance and custodial work - Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning practices - Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing - Ability to perform residential painting tasks is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Good physical condition to handle the demands of the job
