ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Team Manager exhibits leadership, accountability, attention to detail, and resolving complex customer inquiries. The Team Manager is the first point of contact for the Account Managers and the Receptionist.
The Team Manager collaborates directly with the Agency Owners and the daily operations of the Account Managers, including training and mentoring Team Members individually and collectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successfully passed Property and Casualty & Life and Health exams
- Exam financial assistance available
- Experience Supervising a Team or Leading Others
- Insurance Agency Experience preferred
- Proven Leadership, Sales, & Customer Service experience
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bi-lingual Spanish Preferred
