We are seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional spa experience. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service driven, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a steady-paced luxury spa environment.
Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.

Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing information about spa services, pricing, and availability.

Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments using the booking system.

Process payments, handle cash, credit card transactions, and gift cards accurately.

Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, promotions, and policies to answer guest inquiries effectively.

Assist with retail sales, including recommending and processing purchases of skincare and wellness products.

Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.

Communicate with spa providers and therapists to ensure smooth appointment flow.

Address guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Assist with inventory management and stocking retail products as needed.

Support spa operational needs, such as preparing client intake forms and ensuring proper documentation.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa/wellness industry preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment..

Cash-handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience preferred.
