Experienced Driver Pay & Bonuses
- $0.37 to $0.43 CPM based on experience
- $40 per load
- Average 1,100 miles per week
- Estimated weekly gross: $1,100 to $1,300

Trainee Program
- $650/week flat during training period
- Must have graduated from a 120+ hour accredited truck driving school
- 4 to 6 weeks mentor program
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- No major accidents, DUIs, or violations in the last 5 years
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
- No unexplained employment gaps in the last 10 years
