We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated person for our Dishwasher Split Shift role to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Buss tables efficiently, clearing dishes and resetting tables for incoming guests
- Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as needed
- Maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Serve guests courteously, taking orders accurately and providing excellent hospitality
- Contribute to overall restaurant operations by supporting kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks when required
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background preferred, especially in food service or catering roles
- Familiarity with food preparation, bussing, serving, and cleaning procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working during split shifts or multiple shifts throughout the day is advantageous
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
- Prior banquet or hotel culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory
