Essential Functions:

Calibrates, cleans, and performs preventive maintenance on CNC milling equipment, 3D scanners, and 3D printers.

Observes mechanical devices in operation utilizing precision measuring and testing instruments in order to locate source of problem.

Rigs and moves production equipment throughout the shop.

Installs and sets up new equipment as needed.

Maintains and repairs commercial and/or residential buildings and properties, exterior structures, and related fixtures.

Identifies and corrects building and equipment problems.

Performs carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting activities to maintain buildings and equipment in safe conditions.

Replaces or updates inoperable or old building materials and appliances to provide a safe, comfortable working environment using various tools and materials.

Operates a variety of maintenance equipment including, but not limited to power hand tools, forklift, snorkel lift, and electrical diagnostic testing instruments.

Replaces fuses, light bulbs, circuit breakers, electric switches, and other electrical equipment following electrical specifications.

Maintains HVAC units at properties; troubleshoots and repairs as necessary.

Orders materials as needed.
- Troubleshoots and repairs CNC mill/lathe machines as needed.

Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Pay range: $20.00-28.00 per hour
