Pre-Employment Requirements:

Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent college coursework preferred.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of work experience with insurance verification, revenue cycle functions, hospital/physician offices, or related areas required.
- Knowledge of payer reimbursement processes and insurance terminology required.
- Basic understanding of procedure codes (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding, etc.)
- Must have the ability to maintain and respect confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
- Must be highly effective in working objectively with a diverse group of people and must demonstrate communication, organizational, adminstrative and time managerial skills.
