Renewal by Andersen—the full‑service window‑replacement division of Andersen Corporation, the most recognized window brand in America—is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our Williamsport, PA facility. This warehouse receives custom windows from our manufacturing plant and stages them for delivery to installation crews.

Manage Inventory — Receive, track, and organize incoming custom window shipments
Oversee Distribution — Prepare and load products for installation teams
Lead Daily Operations — Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
Coordinate With Teams — Work closely with installation crews and office staff
Ensure Accuracy — Verify orders, shipments, and documentation
Operate Equipment — Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools (training available)
Warehouse Experience — 2+ years preferred
