Bulldog Restaurants, LLC - a growing Burger King franchisee operating in the Birmingham and Gadsden markets - is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven District Manager to oversee five to six restaurant locations. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven multi-unit operator who is passionate about developing people, driving profitability, and delivering an exceptional guest experience across every location.

What You'll Own - Operational Excellence

Provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight across five to six Burger King locations
-
Conduct regular restaurant visits, audits, and performance reviews
-
Drive consistent execution in speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and guest experience

Ensure full compliance with Burger King brand standards, food safety requirements, and company policies
What You'll Own - Financial Performance

Drive sales growth and profitability across the district

Analyze P&Ls, labor reports, inventory, and key performance indicators to develop action plans

Manage district budgets and hold General Managers accountable for achieving financial targets

Identify opportunities to improve food cost control, labor efficiency, and overall profitability

Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing General Managers and restaurant management teams

Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and development planning

Monitor guest feedback and lead corrective action planning when needed

Execute company programs, promotions, and operational initiatives with excellence

Communicate organizational goals clearly and effectively to restaurant leadership teams

Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve district and company objectives

Support new store openings, remodels, and special projects as needed
What We're Looking For
-
Minimum 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
-
Proven success overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ideally 4–10 units
-
Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management
-
Quick-service restaurant (QSR) experience required; Burger King experience preferred
-
Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
-
Communicates with professionalism, clarity, and composure at all levels of the organization

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and coaching abilities
-
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel regularly between locations
