Duties and Responsibilities
As Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for sales presentations.
- Prepare and organize shipment of samples and marketing materials.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed showroom and loan furniture database, keeping it updated with new additions, or disposals.
- Follow up on samples for return.
- Process purchase orders received from clients.
- Communicate order confirmation, invoice, delivery, and product details to clients in an efficient and professional manner.
- Act as an “administrative bridge” between sales and operations department.
- Track and ensure that delivery schedules contain the right information for each project and update the sales staff proactively.
- Collect sales data, update Sales Force and create accurate reports as needed.
- Keep an organized filing system on the server of current and past projects.
- Assist in the preparations of sales meetings, product launches, and other events within the design industry.
- Assist with the preparation of US price guides, materials for new product launches and other templates.
- Assist with product claims by providing on-site support and coordinating any repairs, if needed.
- Manage showroom activities such as coordination of design, product procurement, product delivery and installation, greeting customers, floor set up and breakdown for sales presentations and events, assist walk-in customers, upkeeping of showroom appearance.
- Perform special projects under the direction of senior management.
- Such other assignments, tasks and projects as may be reasonably assigned to you from time to time.
As Project Manager, you are expected to have and maintain the following skills & experience:
- Proficient with SAP, Sales Force, PCon planner, Microsoft office.
- Effective and confident written and oral communication skills.
- Professional and courteous manners.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Ability to engage customers when speaking with them on the phone and in person.
- Good organization skills.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10010
