Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing all marketing initiatives for a residential homebuilder across multiple active communities. This role serves as the primary marketing resource for the organization and requires a high level of ownership, independence, initiative, and self direction. The position works closely with executive leadership and sales teams to drive qualified traffic, support home sales, and manage overall brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Manage marketing efforts across multiple active and upcoming residential communities simultaneously.
- Lead planning and execution of community launches, grand openings, model home openings, and promotional campaigns.
- Oversee website management, digital content updates, SEO initiatives, and overall online presence.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Zillow, social media, and other third party listing platforms.
- Ability to independently create marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design platforms.
- Monitor performance through analytics and reporting tools; provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
- Coordinate signage, collateral, photography, videography, and marketing materials across communities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Maintain CRM and marketing systems to support lead tracking, reporting, and nurturing efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate performance across channels.
- Support public relations initiatives and community engagement efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Balance multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requests in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in homebuilding
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, analytics, CRM systems, SEO, and paid media.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and operate with minimal oversight.
- Ability to build processes, manage priorities, and problem solve in a self directed environment.
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in homebuilding, residential real estate, or construction industry strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in creating marketing collateral and digital assets using tools such as Canva
