Human Resources Manager
Join a fast-growing, global medical device manufacturer as an HR Manager supporting a high-growth business through continued expansion and integration. This is a strategic HR Business Partner role where you'll work closely with senior leadership to drive talent initiatives, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR strategy in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee development
- Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives
- Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws
- Support organizational change and business integration efforts
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights to leadership
- Coach managers on performance, leadership, and HR best practices
- Lead and develop one direct report
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities
- Experience supporting manufacturing and/or R&D environments is required
- Strong background in employee relations, compensation, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business decisions
- Experience leading organizations through change, growth, or integration initiatives
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Willingness to work onsite five days per week and travel occasionally
